The Strong Warriors Weight Lifting Challenge is good old fashion weight lifting. It is head to head competition in the lifts of the Squats, Bench Press, and Dead Lifts. Lifters are grouped according to their respected weight class. There are four different weight classes. Light Weight, Middle Weight, Light Heavy Weight, and Heavy Weight. All lifters in a given weight class stay on the platform until only one lifter remains. Each lifter has to lift the given weight in each round to move on. Round after round the weight increases. Rounds 1 & 2 are warm up rounds. This gives the lifter a chance to warm up and get familiar with the judges standards. The weight lifting challenge is similar to the game of HORSE in basketball.
